Gas injection

To summarise, it can be said that the introduction of gas injection technology in die casting presented us and everyone involved with significant challenges, which, however, enabled decisive learning processes and strengthened our confidence in the potential of this technology. We were able to confirm that gas injection technology can be successfully implemented in die casting and that series production of high quality is achievable. An important prerequisite for this is that the technology is incorporated into the development of the components right from the start and that the requirements are realistically adapted to the possibilities of gas injection.

The next challenge is to identify a suitable project with a committed customer that can be transferred to series production after the prototype phase. This is the decisive step in making the technology ready for series production and confirming its reliability in daily use. Our goal remains to develop a highly efficient, reproducible production method that fulfils the specific requirements of our customers and fully exploits the potential of gas injection technology.
