Gas injection technology with ALUWAG

We are excited to announce that our consortium, together with European partners, has been successfully funded as part of the prestigious research and innovation program „Horizon 2020“. Our joint mission is to develop a groundbreaking technology that could revolutionize aluminum die casting.

Our focus is on the production of component cavities in the aluminum die casting process. We rely on advanced gas injection technology to create complex structures and internal channels during the casting process. This process has already proven successful in plastic injection molding, and we are confident that it also holds great potential in the high-volume die casting process with metallic melts.

Our dedicated team of experts is working intensively to further develop the process and adapt it to the specific requirements of aluminum die casting. We face challenges, but we are confident that we will successfully overcome them. Our vision is to improve the efficiency and quality of aluminum die casting and provide innovative solutions for the industry.
