Heat Treatment T4

This treatment involves solution heat treatment followed by cooling. It improves ductility and enables a uniform structuring of the material, creating an ideal basis for further processing.

Heat Treatment T5

The T5 treatment, which includes rapid cooling after casting followed by artificial aging, achieves increased strength and hardness. This is particularly beneficial for components that are subject to immediate mechanical stress.

Heat Treatment T6

The T6 treatment involves solution heat treatment, quenching, and a final artificial aging. This process offers the highest strength and hardness and is ideal for components used under extreme conditions.
